Versatile Event Space

The Lodge offers versatile spaces for a variety of events, with a 3–5 night minimum stay depending on the season so you and your guests have the time to enjoy everything we offer.

To ensure seamless coordination, we require you to hire an event planner to both coordinate in advance of the event and to be on-site on the day of the event.

Events & Celebrations

Our lodge is located in Whistler, BC, less than 2 hours from Vancouver International Airport. With over 12,000 sq ft of space, it’s ideal for hosting events of up to 60 guests. A 3–5 night minimum stay (depending on the season) gives your group exclusive use of the lodge before and after the event.

Whether you’re planning a conference, launch party, networking event, or looking for a film location, our architecturally designed lodge and mountain setting are sure to impress.

Amenities

We offers an array of amenities to enhance your event experience. Our expansive and adaptable spaces allow for seamless customization, ensuring your event reflects your unique brand or desired color palette. We provide the flexibility to transform the lodge for intimate gatherings, conferences and celebrations. In addition to our versatile event spaces, we feature an on-site chef who can craft tailored meals, or we can collaborate with top local restaurants to curate a culinary experience for your guests.

Event Spaces

The Lodge offers versatile event spaces: The Great Room features floor-to-ceiling windows and able to seat 60 people; The Spa Room is perfect for wellness events; The Pool Deck offers views of Rainbow Mountain and can be covered for additional space; The Hill provides a lush, grassy area with a natural stone backdrop; and The Movie Theatre boasts 18 fully-reclinable seats for presentations or movie premieres.

Rates

To reserve the Lodge for an event, our minimum night stay requirement must be met. A special event and gathering fee applies for any group that includes guests beyond those staying overnight at the Lodge. The rates below cover the cost of hosting additional guests, including setup, chairs, flatware, and plates (glassware not included):
