Versatile Event Space

The Lodge offers versatile spaces for a variety of events, with a 3–5 night minimum stay depending on the season so you and your guests have the time to enjoy everything we offer.

To ensure seamless coordination, we require you to hire a full-service event planner to both coordinate in advance of the event and to be on-site on the day of the event.

Events & Celebrations

Our lodge is located in Whistler, BC, less than 2 hours from Vancouver International Airport. With over 12,000 sq ft of space, it’s ideal for hosting events of up to 60 guests. A 3–5 night minimum stay (depending on the season) gives your group exclusive use of the lodge before and after the event.

Whether you’re planning a conference, launch party, networking event, or looking for a film location, our architecturally designed lodge and mountain setting are sure to impress.

Amenities


We offer an array of amenities to enhance your event experience. Our expansive and adaptable spaces allow for seamless customization, which must be managed by your full-service event planner. The lodge offers the flexibility to transform for intimate gatherings, conferences, and celebrations. Please note that your planner will also need to arrange any additional staff required for event setup.

Event Spaces

The Lodge offers versatile event spaces: The Great Room features floor-to-ceiling windows and able to seat 60 people; The Spa Room is perfect for wellness events; The Upper Gardens offer views of Rainbow Mountain and can be covered for additional space; The Hill provides a lush, grassy area with a natural stone backdrop; and The Movie Theatre boasts 18 fully-reclinable seats for presentations or movie premieres.

Service

Every stay at the Lodge includes our core hospitality team: daily housekeeping, concierge, hosts, and a driver services – to ensure your group is well cared for.

For events, additional staffing is usually needed to support things like setup, service, and coordination. A full-service event planner is required, and they can arrange any extra staff needed. Our team is happy to collaborate and recommend trusted local vendors to help everything run smoothly.

Floor Plans

We’re happy to coordinate with your full-service event planner to help plan your event within our space. Our detailed floor plans make it easy to choose the ideal areas for a smooth, well-executed setup.

Rates

A Special Event Fee applies to all events and gatherings held during your stay. It includes service staff (at a 1:10 staff-to-guest ratio) for up to 8 hours, and use of the Lodge’s existing equipment such as tables, chairs, and plateware. Glassware is not included.

Please note there is a minimum night stay of 3-5 nights, depending on the season.

<20 guests: + $1,000
21-30 guests: + $2,000
31-40 guests: + $4,000
41-50 guests: + $7,000
51-60 guests: + $10,000
