Chef Bill takes pride in using the freshest, locally sourced, organic ingredients. Each morning of your stay, he’ll have a plentiful breakfast ready to fuel your day ahead. Meals are crafted around your schedule, to your desire. Dinner time at the lodge is a highlight of your stay with Chef Bill’s tailored dinners.

Wine Cellar

What better way to welcome your guests than a dramatic champagne sabering? If you’re new to the technique, our Hosts can help.

To complement the dining experience, our lodge has a temperature-controlled wine cellar, where you can select perfectly paired wines.

Carved from local Squamish Basalt rock, these pillars make a perfect ice bowl to chill that first bottle of Champagne.

With something for every taste, the cellar has space for over 1400 bottles of wine. Our collection is curated with vintages from around the world, with a special focus on showcasing our incredible BC winemakers.
