We offer 10 en-suite bedrooms with king beds. 

Please note that the king beds are not splittable; therefore, occupancy of more than 10 adults is only possible if beds are shared. 

Additional bunk beds for children are available in Bedroom 1 & 6, accommodating up to six children between these two bedrooms. 

The maximum overnight occupancy is 20 adults + 6 children (under 12). For groups needing more than 10 beds for adults, overflow accommodation is available in nearby properties.

Included with your booking is exclusive access to our 3000 square-foot Spa, reserved solely for your group.

This includes:

Exterior spa facilities (pool, cold-plunge, and hot-tub) available from 7am to 10pm

Interior spa facilities (gym, yoga room, sauna, steam room) accessible 24 hours a day

The Spa building closes at 9am on the day of your departure, which includes access to the games room and movie theatre


Transport within Whistler Valley (Function Junction to Pemberton Golf Course) is included. One Driver is available between 7am – 10pm.

Planning Transportation

We are just 12 minutes from the ski lifts, 3 minutes from the heliport, and 2 hours from Vancouver International Airport. Our concierge team makes your travels seamless and convenient.

Our chauffeur-driven vehicles are available from dawn until 11pm, providing easy access to the vibrancy of Whistler Village and the mountain. Enjoy skiing, après activities, and more without the hassle of parking or worrying about having a drink. Our chauffeur will even take care of your skis!

For airport transfers and exploring further afield, our concierge team will plan everything for you, so you can focus on enjoying your stay.

Tailored Menu Creation

Executive Chef Bill takes pride in using the freshest, locally sourced, organic ingredients. Each morning of your stay, he’ll have a plentiful breakfast ready to fuel your day ahead. Meals are crafted around your schedule, to your desire. Our attentive staff serve buffet or plated lunches – or Bill can create meals to-go if you have an adventure-filled day ahead.

Dinner time at the lodge is a highlight of your stay. Chef Bill’s tailored dinners can be anything you like, from braised short-rib, to tacos or poke bowls.

We curate a selection of drinks of your choice throughout your stay, including wines from our cellar paired with your meal.

We are well-equipped for children at the Lodge with a playroom and plenty of facilities. On-site childcare is available; just ask our concierge.

The hosts at the Lodge are here to assist with anything you may need, from serving daily breakfasts and fulfilling dining requests, to ensuring a crackling fire for après or poolside drinks. With their extensive experience and deep familiarity with the lodge, our hosts are always on hand to make your stay exceptional.

Additional Services & Experiences


We can source luxury overflow accommodation nearby for groups needing more than 10 King bedrooms. These additional guests are welcome to all the Lodge facilities, including transportation and dining services.

One of the available spaces is this stunning new mountain view house which sits on 1.5 acres of land next to Wedge Mountain Lodge. Just 60 seconds walk from the Lodge’s front door. The house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an office, a private hot tub for up to 7 people, a covered deck with a fire pit, a piano, a gym and a media area with a pool table, and a multi-room sound system.

For events at the lodge, we can host up to 50 people. For larger parties, special event fees apply.

Our delicious tailored menus, attentive servers, and spectacular venue make dining a highlight of your visit.

Enjoy complimentary breakfast, snacks, and soft drinks throughout your stay. For an additional cost, Chef Bill prepares exceptional lunch, aprés, and dinner options.

Guests enjoy private access to our sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, and pool for the duration of their stay. 

To further enhance your relaxation, book a rejuvenating massage for yourself or a loved one. Additionally, we can arrange yoga classes in our serene spa area, where you can breathe in the refreshing air from the living plant wall.
