Minimum Stay Requirements
Our minimum stay varies by season:
High Season (5+ night minimum)
• Winter: Mid-December to Mid-April
• Summer: Mid-June to Mid-September
Shorter stays (2, 3, or 4 nights) may be available — please inquire.
Low Season (3+ night minimum)
• Spring: Mid-April to Mid-June
• Fall: Mid-September to Mid-December
2-night stays may be available — please inquire.
Bookings are accepted up to 18 months in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eight percent (8.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

When you book the lodge, you are reserving the entire property (with 10 bedrooms) for your group or event. You cannot book one room at the lodge.
For massage, facials, manicures, hair and makeup or other spa services, please contact us and our concierge will book it for you.

All Special Events at the Lodge require an Event Planner or Wedding Planner Service be booked by the client to ensure a well-planned event.
The lodge is secluded yet accessible and our drivers can shuttle your group to the village in just 10 minutes.
Our shuttle service is included for the Whistler area. For airport transfers or trips further afield, speak to our concierge team who can arrange transport for you.
We host weddings and events for guests of up to 60 people. A special event fee applies. Please see our Wedding or Events sections in Your Group for more information.
Children under 1 year of age are not counted in the guest quantity for the Special Event Fee, any guest over 1 year of age is required to be included in your total guest count.
