Pool
With views of the nearby mountains, our pool area gets plenty of sunlight, even in the winter months. Enjoyed year-round, it’s heated to a welcoming 31°C/88°F.
Stretching 30 feet long, our pool is perfect for a morning swim or leisurely afternoon lounging. We incorporated a 6 ft tanning shelf for sun lounging or paddling.
We provide towels, robes, slides and sun loungers, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment are our top priorities.
Sauna
Our sauna is unusual in the world of saunas, as it offers stunning mountainside views and light whilst you heat. Custom cedar benches yield that incredible warm wood scent, only beaten by the crisp heat & scent when you pour water over the rocks of our Estonian HUMM sauna.
Thermal Journey Step 1: HOT
The thermal journey must begin with heat. Begin in our dry sauna, the pinnacle of heat therapy. Increase your body temperature, expand your blood vessels, and enhance blood circulation to achieve a state of tranquility and self-reflection. Aim for 15 minutes, focusing on controlled breathing.
Steam
Step into the eucalyptus vapor of our steam room. The blackened wood effect tile and starry ceiling invoke a feeling of comfort and relaxation while the steam works its magic. A view of the floor-to-ceiling plant wall enhances your experience.
Thermal Journey Step 1: HOT (alternative)
On your second round of your thermal journey, feel the stress melt away in our steam room.
Cold
Thermal Journey Step 2: COLD
Challenge yourself to plunge into our cold plunge pool to close your pores, elevate blood pressure, and relieve muscle tension. Fully immerse yourself and embrace the invigorating shock of cold for a few seconds to a few minutes.
Relax
Thermal Journey Step 3: RELAX
Conclude with 15 minutes of complete relaxation. In our day bed or sun lounger, lean back, close your eyes, and savor the benefits of thermal therapy. This is an ideal time for meditation, concentrating on deep, rhythmic breaths to calm your mind and center yourself in the present.
